With this team, he played several championships, winning the 2005 Orange Bowl over Oklahoma, but losing the 2006 Rose Bowl to Texas.

In the same year his professional career began, as LenDale entered the 2006 NFL Draft, and was selected by the Tennessee Titans as the 45th pick overall. He stayed with the Titans until 2010, when he was traded to Seattle Seahawks, and reunited with his college coach Pete Carroll. During his time with the Titans, LenDale won the AFC Rushing Touchdowns Leader in 2008, and also AFC Scrimmage Touchdown Co-Leader the same year, with the help of Chris Johnson, who was drafted that year. However, his game performance started to drop from the next season onwards, which eventually resulted in a trade to the Seattle Seahawks. LenDale then tested positive for drug use while on the Seahawk’s rooster, and was released from the club only a month after the trade.

However, his luck turned back on him in September 2010, as he suffered a torn Achilles tendon, and as a result he missed the whole season. LenDale was waived by the club in August 2011, marking the end of his professional career.
