Clea started her career working for Coach PR in New York and later in NYC and Beverly Hills on Saks Fifth Avenue. She worked at GUESS, MySpace, and RealReal later on. As a publicity consultant for clients such as the Demi and Ashton Foundation, Spin Media, Nickelodeon, MTV, A&E, Pepsi, No Doubt, among others, she has also freelanced.
After moving to Nashville, she served as a director for Laurel & Wolf, a local interior design company, because of her husband’s profession.
Clea is a co-founder of The Home Edit alongside Joanna Teplin. The two of them formed the organization in 2015. The two of them met via a mutual friend and agreed to go to business together just four hours after the encounter.
