She worked with Victoria Shaw and even auditioned for “American Idol” twice but couldn’t make it to the judges round. For her personal life, it is known that Scott married drummer Chris Tyrrell in 2012. They met while at college and reconnected later when their music careers had taken off. They began dating in 2010 and Chris even performed with Lady Antebellum for a month. They have a daughter and have bought a home together in Brentwood, Tennessee. Scott has two tattoos, a number 14 on her right wrist and a music note on her right foot.
