However, after Minasian’s confession that Audé wasn’t aware of the opium, he was freed in late 2004. The whole situation has often been featured in the media, and has also been portrayed in the documentary “Locked Up Abroad”.
Aude has since continued with his acting career, but in addition, he plays poker around the world, and is also a part owner of five Californian restaurants, which have contributed to his net worth.
