After school, he would start working with Eric Wareheim, becoming the stars, writers, and creators of the limited animation show “Tom Goes to the Mayor”. In the show, Tim plays the protagonist named Tom who often goes to the Mayor to present his ideas, which often end up putting Tom at a worse position that he was originally in – the show would eventually be sold to Adult Swim. Afterwards, the two worked on “Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!”, which began appearing in Adult Swim during 2007, featuring numerous topics, sketches, animation and other comments. They then starred in “Tim and Eric’s Billion Dollar Movie”, and appeared as Debt Collectors in “The Young Persons Guide to History”.
