Lindsey Boylan is a former adviser to the governor of New York, Andrew Cuomo, and current candidate for president of the borough of Manhattan. Boylan recently revealed new details about the alleged harassment she suffered during the four years she worked for the governor, and that Cuomo has denied.

Boylan gave a letter to Medium which published on February 25, 2021, which state that Boylan maintains that on one occasion in October 2017 the governor proposed to her to play strip poker, a variant of the card game in which the loser must remove clothing and that in another he kissed her on the lips.
In 2018, Boylan said in her letter, on another occasion when she was alone with the governor in his office, Cuomo kissed her on the lips. In September of that year, Lindsey resigned because she says, she could no longer bear the situation. She also pointed out that at least two coworkers confessed that they had gone through similar situations to hers, but that they did not dare to report it.
