Jadeveon Clowney is a son of David Morgan and Josenna Clowney. He was raised by his mother, who worked double shifts at a local Frito-Lay factory as his father spent 11 years in prison after he was convicted of robbery. Jadeveon went to South Pointe High School and played for the school`s football team South Pointe Stallions, showing that he was a future football star by leading his team to an undefeated season, and the South Carolina AAAA Division II title. He continued successfully until matriculation, after which he enrolled at the University of South Carolina, and played for the South Carolina Gamecocks football team between 2011 and 2013.
