Jack is the first-born son of Gordon and of wife Tana. He and his fraternal twin Holly were born in the UK on 1 January 2000. Jack has an older sister Meghan, younger sister Matilda, and in April he welcomed little brother Oscar. Back in 2016, his parents suffered a devastating miscarriage and happily announced that they were expecting Jack’s birthday again this year.

The teen played on his rugby team from high school, played water polo, practiced Jiu-Jitsu and martial arts and is an outstanding all-around athlete. Gordon Ramsay’s (Father) Bio
Gordon James Ramsey, born in Johnstone, Renfrewshire, Scotland, on 8 November 1966. His family moved to England when he was five, and was raised in Stratford-upon-Avon. He is the second of four children with an older sister and a younger sibling.
His mother was a nurse. His dad held several jobs including pool manager, welder and shopkeeper. His family moved constantly during his childhood, due to his father’s aspirations and job failures. His father was a womanizer and alcoholic who was sometimes violent. Ramsay moved out of his family’s home at the age of 16, and into a Banbury apartment. Ramsay played football when he was 12 and was first selected for the under-14 team. He used to play for Warwickshire.
His career in football had been marked by injuries. He tried out for the Rangers, the club for which he rooted as a boy, and trained with them in mid-1984 for a few months, but seriously injured the cartilage in one of his knees while training.
By the time his injury ended his football career, Ramsay’s interest in cooking had already started, and at the age of 19 Ramsay began to pay more attention to his culinary education rather than being known as the football player with the gammy knee.He attended Technical College North Oxfordshire, where he studied Hotel Management.
Gordon Ramsay’s Career:
Ramsay had worked as a commis chef at the Wroxton House Hotel in the mid-1980s. From there he went on to manage the kitchen at the Wickham Arms and 60-set dining room.
He then moved to London, where he worked at a number of restaurants before landing a job working at Harveys for the temperamental Marco Pierre White. He worked for two years and 10 months at Harveys before becoming tired of the “rages and bullying and violence” of White.
He decided to study French cuisine and went to work for Albert Roux and Le Gavroche in Mayfair, where he met Jean-Claude Breton, now his master d-hotel at Gordon Ramsay Restaurant. Roux, having been employed for a year at Le Gavroche, asked Ramsay to work with him as his number two ski resort in the French Alps, Hotel Diva. From there, Ramsay, 23, moved to Paris to work with both Michelin-starred chefs Guy Savoy and Joel Robuchon. He had completed his three-year study in France.
He then took a year break from the kitchens’ physical and mental stress to work as a private chef at the Bermuda-based yacht Idlewild. During trips to Sicily and Sardinia, while working on the private yacht, he learnt about Italian cuisine.
At the three-Michelin starred La Tante Claire in Chelsea, Ramsay was offered the position of head chef under Chef-patron Pierre Koffmann upon his return to London in 1993. Not long afterwards, Marco Pierre White agreed to set him up in the Rossmore with a position of head chef and a 10 per cent share. The restaurant was renamed Aubergine and fourteen months later, it went on to win its first Michelin star.
Aubergine secured her second Michelin star in 1997. Despite the success of the restaurant, a dispute with Ramsay’s business owners, who wanted to turn Aubergine into a chain, and the dream of Ramsay running his own restaurant led to his departure from the partnership in July 1998. Ramsay opened its own restaurant in Chelsea, Gordon Ramsay Restaurant, in 1998. In 2001 the restaurant won its third Michelin star making Ramsay the first Scot to achieve that feat. In 2011, The Good Food Guide listed Gordon Ramsay Restaurant as the UK’s second-best restaurant.
From there his empire rapidly grew. Ramsay is the recipient of three Catey Awards (including the year’s newcomer, 1995 and the year’s Chef, 2000). Ramsay is also in a relationship with Gordon Ramsay Holdings Limited’s father-in-law, Chris Hutcheson, who bought three English Pubs and turned them into restaurant / bar establishments.
