Eventually, Gorder would do commercials for Swiffer Sweeper as a parody to her habit of working barefoot – according to her, she works barefoot so that she doesn’t ruin her shoes. Her design of a Tanqueray No. 10 gin bottle also drew some attention. Her popularity led her to become a designer of the “Trading Spaces” spin-off show entitled “Trading Spaces: Family”. In 2005, she then became part of “Town Haul”, which focused on designing small towns in the US.
