Dhani Harrison grew up on his father’s estate in Henley-on-Thames, Friar Park, and was introduced to drums when he was six. Ringo Starr was the first who gave him drumming lessons, but Dhani was frightened when Ringo started to play, making a big noise that scared the little boy. Harrison went to Badgemore Primary school in Henley-on-Thames, and later to Dolphin School near Twyford, before studying at the Shiplake College.
