Saint Louis Attorney Albert Watkins has always been in news for taking notorious cases under his wings. The most recent being his representation for his client Jacob Chansley whose pictures got viral in Capitol Hill Riot.
Watkins is all set to defend Jacob famously known as QAnon Shamon. Previously, he has defended Central West End couple, Mark and Patricia McCloskey who were charged for pointing guns at marchers of Black Lives Matter.

He applied to Brown University but he was rejected. He also applied to Georgetown University which also rejected him. Then, Albert attended St. Louis University and earned his BA in 1982. Watkins then enrolled in St. Louis University School of Law and received his JD in 1985.
He used to own a hot dog cart during his undergraduate studies and intended to become a banker. It was fate that wanted Albert to become a lawyer when he sat for the bar exam in place of his friend who went to Israel and couldn’t sit for the exam.

After graduating from University, Albert started taking cases of his friends and relatives. He also took cases of the people who couldn’t afford to pay him. After a certain number of such cases, he and his friend Mark Kodner established their law firm in St.Louis in 1989 as Kodner Watkins Kloecker law firm.
Watkins is also the founding member of the Board of Directors of the U.S. Chamber Institute for Legal Reform. He is also a radio host hosting his eight-minute show aptly called Watkins Word.

- When he represented the husband of the woman who had affair with Governor Eric Greitens. The case led to the downfall of the governor.
- He represented the wealthy St.Louis Couple Mark and Patricia McCloskey who is charged for pointing a gun at the Black Lives Matter marchers who arched their rally in the couple’s private property.

If you have watched the video of the Capitol Hill Riot, you would know the person with a horned hat on his head, tattooed arms, and a body with paint on his face. His name is Jacob Anthony Chansley aka Jake Angeli/QAnon Shaman as he believes in QAnon which is the conspiracy theory that suggests Trump is at war with a secret cabal of pedophiles.
The day after the riot, Jake surrendered himself to the police and stated he was in Capitol Hill because president Trump has called his fellow Americans to be present in Capitol Hill. He also claimed he hasn’t committed any violence. But Jacob was charged with civil disorder, obstruction of an official proceeding, disorderly conduct in a restricted building, and demonstrating in a Capitol building.
Jacob is 33 years old who has served for a short time in US Navy but was kicked out of the service. Watkins will be representing Jacob and defending him. He also stated that Trump should have granted pardon to Jacob because he was there in the first place on the calling of The President himself.
